The City of Palm Desert had a $15 million dollar challenge on its hands. They had developed a beautifully designed, well-built community of affordable housing in the midst one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Coachella Valley (which, among others, includes Palm Springs, Indian Wells, and La Quinta).
And after nearly a year of political conflicts, marketing failures, delays and negative publicity, not a single one of Desert Rose’s 161 completed homes had been sold.
Fortunately, the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency decided to hire our client, Community Dynamics, to help them overcome the significant marketingand financial obstacles that had boggeddown the project. And they, in turn, hired us—along with a top-flight sales force, anaward-winning interior design firm, anda knowledgeable public relations team. Together, we fashioned a strategy to turn the project around. >>
